Step 6 - Plan for supplier management

A supplier scorecard will be developed and a methodology for collecting scorecard information will be established.
This includes creating a schedule for recurrent supplier evaluations (internally and externally). Finally, a plan for continuous improvement of the supplier performance will be created.
Communication to the relevant stakeholders will take place containing the specific agreements made during this last step.

These sequent steps will lead to validation of the needs of our client and/or its members regarding a specific spend category, an evaluation of the strategic and useful options, the identification of potential suppliers, an agreement with the “preferred supplier”, a legal contract and the communication needed for operation implementation of the contract.
